Smart automations and AI that advance your business.

I build custom workflows, chatbots, and internal tools for businesses that are still doing too much by hand. If it's a repetitive process, it can probably be automated.

Who I work with

Where most of my work happens.

Below are the three most common folks I work with.

Real estate professionals

Collections, resident onboarding, client qualification, follow-ups.

Built A collections chatbot that runs the outreach cadence over email and text, then escalates the accounts that need a person.

Roofing & exteriors

Job intake, document filing, supplement review, follow-up.

Built A system that reviewed incoming jobs and suggested the next action on each one.

Public adjusters

Claim intake, document processing, estimate reading, client updates.

Built Automated reading and processing of claim documents that used to be opened by hand.

What I build

The kinds of things I build.

Everything runs on your accounts, in the tools you already use.

Follow-up & communication

Automations that write, personalize, and send your routine back-and-forth so it never sits on someone's to-do list.

Document processing

Pull information out of PDFs, claims, policies, contracts, and invoices, then file it or route it where it needs to go.

Custom AI chatbots

Built and trained for one specific job, using your own rules, documents, and data. Not a generic assistant bolted onto a website.

Workflow automation

Connect the tools you already use so the manual steps in between disappear.

Custom software & web apps

Portals, dashboards, internal tools, and full products for when off-the-shelf software can't do what you need. Built to fit your process instead of forcing you to fit theirs.

AI agents & decision systems

Agents that review information, make recommendations, and take action without waiting on you.

How it works

Three steps, and you own what comes out of it.

Step 01

Tell me the problem

Describe the process that's eating time. I'll tell you straight whether I can help, and whether it's worth automating at all.

Step 02

I scope it and price it

You get the plan, the cost, and the timeline before anything gets built. If the scope changes later, you hear it from me first.

Step 03

Built, running, and yours

It runs on your accounts, in your tools. You own it, and you can take it anywhere.

About

A bit about me.

I'm from Minnesota, and I've been building websites and automations for over four years.

Before that I spent three years in multifamily real estate, on the buying, selling, and owning side of it.

I've also built a few software products of my own.
